- All parts of the device are fully working, but only the glass is cracked
- Device has signs of use with scratches or dents
- Touch function is fully working on the screen
- No LCD or display defects (aftermarket, burns marks or lines)
- Samsung Galaxy Note models must include the S Pen
Faulty Condition
- Device powers on but is not fully working
- Was not affected by water / liquid damage
- LCD or display defects (aftermarket, burns, marks or faulty touch)
- Touch, Face ID or NFC doesn’t work (if applicable )
- Phone sensors are not working (i.e. proximity, accelerometer, GPS)
- Dust under the screen and/or under camera
- Significant physical damage
