- Device has signs of use but no scratches or dents.
- Battery in good health (no "Service Battery" warning).
Faulty Condition
- The iPhone powers on but is not fully working
- Was not affected by water / liquid damage
- LCD or display defects (aftermarket, burns, marks or faulty touch)
- Touch, Face ID or NFC doesn’t work (if applicable )
- Phone sensors are not working (i.e. proximity, accelerometer, GPS)
- Significant physical damage
- Battery health is less than 80%
